Nick’s Best of 2023

First of all, a thank you to the eight people who come back and read this blog every week. It’s been a fun year, and we appreciate your willingness to indulge every random thought that enters our heads. This is an awards post just like Tristan’s with a few minor changes. I’m insistent on sticking to things from December 2022 onward for this, and I generally intake media about a year or two after its release, unfortunately. So if a few of my categories are a bit anemic, that’s less that I didn’t partake, and more that I spent the year consuming older works I’d been meaning to get around to. If I just didn’t include a category he did, you can assume I either don’t partake or don’t partake enough to form a top three list. Now let’s get to it.
